Everyone squawked and wailed when Beamdog hyped their new Baldur's Gate project with cryptic comment lines and tantalizing tweets. After much to-do, Beamdog and developer Overhaul Games have finally spilled details on their Baldur's Gate revamp, coming this summer to an iOS device near you.
Ah, a glorious sight - the Infinity Engine in all its HD glory. Overhaul claims that the old girl will be getting a spit shine for the new millennium as well as one new character and quest. The first game and its expansion, Tales of the Sword Coast, will drop this summer. Only a matter of time before its arguably superior sequel and Throne of Bhaal will end up on an eye-blistering Retina display.
